Good Morning Rockville – Employement Taxes

On Friday, December 2, 2022, we had the pleasure of hosting our Good Morning Rockville series with Chaya Kundra of Kundra and Associates, P.C.

Employment Taxes & Protecting the Business Owner from Personal Liability.  We will discuss best practices, speak about increased IRS scrutiny on both the civil and criminal sides, how to avoid paying your company’s taxes personally and what to do when you are over your head.

As a tax litigator and adviser, Chaya Kundra, the founder of Kundra & Associates P.C., represents clients in all stages of tax controversies and international tax disclosures to the U.S. She assists businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individuals in cases involving civil and criminal tax litigation, employment tax matters, sales and use tax issues, closely held business taxation, corporate tax issues, divorce tax consequences, international tax law, tax appeals, tax audits, federal and state collections, and tax fraud. Ms. Kundra has been practicing U.S. and international tax controversy for over 28 years and brings with her the passion, conviction, and knowledge needed to resolve the most complex of tax matters.

If you were unable to join us live, we hope you will enjoy the recording. Please watch below.
