Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Grandma’s Ice Cream & Waffles
On Thursday, February 23rd, the Greater Rockville Chamber of Commerce had the privilege of conducting a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Grandma’s Ice Cream & Waffles located at 389 E. Gude Drive in Rockville.
