Wellness Wednesday – How to Handle Holiday Stress

Holiday stress can affect us physically and mentally. Dr. Andrew Rill of Pain Arthritis Relief Center shares some tools to help us battle our holiday stress this season.

Today we look at how some of these stressors can affect us and he offers some tools to help us manage them. He reminds us that small steps are still steps in the right direction.
